Pizhichil Treatment


Pizhichil, also known as Kaya Seka or Thailadhara, is a significant Panchakarma procedure in Ayurveda, which involves the application of warm therapeutic oils, squeezed out from a cloth and applied to the body's surface, followed by a calming and nourishing massage that encourages the body to perspire. The process involves combining oils and heat therapy to enhance blood circulation and remove toxins from the body. Pizhichil is effective in the treatment of several neurological disorders, as well as in  the prevention of degenerative changes in the body.
