Abhyangam is an intensely refreshing and relaxing medicated-oil-infused massage therapy in Ayurveda. The therapy follows massaging of the body in 7 different postures, using lukewarm medicated oils from head to toe.



Njavara kizhi, also referred to as Shashtikashali Pinda Swedana, is a significant Ayurvedic massage technique that originated in Kerala. In Malayalam, "njavara" refers to a specific kind of cooked rice that is knotted in cotton boluses, or "kizhi," for use in this treatment.




Kati vasthi is a traditional ayurvedic therapy that helps in the treatment of lower back ache, and other health conditions affecting the lumbosacral region.
